Terms of Use
1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website inait.ai (the "Website"), operated by INAIT SA, Lausanne, Switzerland ("Inait", "we", "us"). By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to the Website only. Any proof of concept, pilot, licence or other service we provide is governed by a separate written agreement between Inait and the customer, which prevails over these Terms for that service.
2. Purpose of the Website and nature of the information
The Website presents Inait, its technology and its results, and allows you to contact us. Its content is provided for general information only.
Performance figures shown on the Website (such as success rates, precision and set-up times) were measured on specific tasks, robots and cells under the conditions described. They illustrate what our technology has achieved in those cases. They are not a representation or guarantee of the results that will be obtained on any other task, robot or cell. Whether and how a given task can be automated is assessed case by case and documented in a separate agreement.
Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. In particular, the proof-of-concept programme described on the Website is subject to eligibility, availability and the conclusion of a separate written agreement.
3. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, images, videos, illustrations, animations, design and software, are owned by Inait or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. "Inait", "iAM" and "inait Adaptive Machines" are trademarks or trade names of INAIT SA. Names and logos of third parties shown on the Website, including those of our partners, belong to their respective owners and are shown with their permission.
You may view the Website and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial information. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, public display or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written consent.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website in a way that breaches applicable law or the rights of third parties;
- access the Website by automated means (such as scraping, crawling or bulk downloading) other than through standard search-engine indexing;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Website, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to related systems;
- use our contact or newsletter forms to send unsolicited commercial messages, false information or content that is unlawful or offensive.
5. Information you send us
When you send us information through the Website, for example a description of a use case, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. Please do not send us confidential technical information or trade secrets through the Website; where such information is needed, we will put a non-disclosure agreement in place first. Information you send us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We will read every enquiry but we are under no obligation to respond, to evaluate a use case or to enter into any agreement.
6. Third-party websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including the websites of our partners and professional networks. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them. Following a link is at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of the third party.
7. No warranty
We take care to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content, or that the Website will be available without interruption or free of errors or harmful components.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Inait excludes all liability for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content, and for damage arising from third-party websites linked from it. This exclusion does not apply to liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (in particular Art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
9. Privacy
Our processing of personal data in connection with the Website is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may change the Website and these Terms at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of your visit applies. We will revise the "Last updated" date when we make changes.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from or in connection with the Website or these Terms is Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction provided by law.
